We tripled the recipe, making 4 smaller desserts to share with neighbors. Also tweaked the recipe a bit adding oatmeal to the topping; cinnamon, nutmeg and 2 tbsp lemon juice to the apples. Love the stories and history that go with these recipes. www.HistoricalLeague.org/shop.aspx
