Happy Mother's Day to all mothers out there. One special lady that was a mother to all Historical League members was Joan Muckenthaler. Although she did not have children, she nurtured many of us in the Historical League.
We devoted a page to her in Tastes & Treasures II with her story and Exotic Chicken Salad recipe, which we enjoyed at the May 6 League meeting.
