Dorothy Zhou and Thanvi Voruganti place in Top Ten Senior Group Documentary

Imagine seeing your name on the HUGE sign at Xfinity Center, celebrating your top ten place for Senior Group Documentary at National History Day competition. Congratulations to Dorothy Zhou and Thanvi Voruganti, with their project titled "Judith Heumann: Trailblazer of the Disability Rights Revolution."

The Historical League is proud to support all the NHDAZ students.

Getting to NHD National Contest

NHD reaches more than a half a million students around the country, U.S. Territories and international affiliates. Only around 3,000 make it to Nationals every year. That means approximately 0.6% of participating students make it to the National Contest annually.

Building an NHD project that is judged to be Nationals caliber is an amazing feat and deserves to be celebrated.

Congrats to our 37 Arizona students!! Historical League is proud to support you!!

Mobi joins National History Day AZ students

Cuteness alert! A special guest joined the NHDAZ group at Nationals this year. Mobi is a very friendly companion, enjoying ear scratches and hugs. History and comfort dogs go well together.
