"Using recipes from Garland's Oak Creek in Tastes & Treasures cookbook, I prepared the Roast Pork Tenderloin from page 44. It was a hit even though I had never made Pinot Demi-Glace before." Served with Rhubarb Pear chutney, page 46, the entire dinner got excellent raves from her guests!
