New Website improvements

Thanks to our new website manager, Cathy Shumard, we now have several improvements to www.HistoricalLeague.org including a Members Only Portal. It has lots of valuable information as well as photos and backgrounds .Cathy and her website assistant Diane Smith presented this at the October zoom meeting. So nice to have Historical League data and documents available for members.

October Historical League meeting on Zoom

President Susan Dale conducts meeting

Zoom Historical League meetings are becoming the norm and are very effective. With 37 people attending Mondays event, President Susan Dale has managed to keep the group moving forward with plans, tours, fundraising and events. AHS Marilyn Murphy informed us that AZHC is ready to welcome guest back and will open with limited hours Tuesday, Oct 13 from 10 am - 2 pm. https://arizonahistoricalsociety.org/2020/10/01/ready-to-welcome-you-back-on-october-13/

The license plate has sold more in the past two months than all of 2019 with $17 of each sale going directly to AHS. Marilyn reminded us how important documenting our volunteer hours are for AHS as the hours go into 990 forms, annual reports and grant funding.
