Historymakers Gala Chair Deb and Chef Leslie

With Leslie editing all the recipes and making sure they are tested 3 times, the book has outstanding recipes.
The Miracle Muffins recipe is from Deb's Mom, Phyllis Short. They will be featured along with Phyllis in the Tribute page section of the new book.

October Historical League Meeting

Thanks to an informative presentation by Dr. Jack August, the October meeting was very entertaining. He focused on Phoenix in 1942 when the city had problems with corruption.
