Working on the new cookbook, co-chairs often find wonderful ways to overcome obstacles, enjoy the progress, taste foods from the historic restaurants and relax in beautiful surroundings. That was lunch at Lon's with Cathy Shumard, Linda Corderman and Ruth McLeod.
