Polly Rosenbaum remembered

Arizona State Archives posts on facebook on June 25:  Last January 11, we posted about the special Polly Rosenbaum 100th birthday cake served at the 2009 Polly Rosenbaum History and Archives Building dedication that took place 15 years ago.

Well...We found it! If you're looking for a delicious Fourth of July dessert, check out the recipe in the images below! If you make it, we will happily taste test the cake.

Payson Book Festival July 21

Sharing the story of Arizona, her people, food memories and recipes, Cathy Shumard will be talking about and selling Tastes & Treasures II at Payson Book Festival on Saturday, July 21. She will also have the first cookbook to sell. They make a wonderful set.
