Goat Cheese Brulee

















Sea Salt and Crystal Cane Sugar on Goat Cheese? 

What a combination of deliciousness. League Member and Chef Leslie Christiansen prepared a Sea Salt and Crystal Cane Sugar Torched Goat Cheese Brulee. It was served with balsamic blueberry compote and butter toasted crostini.
