Restoring historic Rancho Joaquina in Phoenix has been a labor or love
for Marc and Karen Goldblatt, who purchased the National Register-listed
home in "horrible condition."We are grateful to Margaret Baker for arranging to have the Historical League Fall Open House at this beautifully restored historic home.
