Tastes & Treasures cookbook continues to tell the history of Arizona along with delicious recipes. The gift shop at the Best Western motel in Canyon de Chelly, Chinle, Arizona has stocked the cookbook. Buyer Julia Etsitty was very impressed with the book, especially the recipe for Navajo Tacos in the first chapter.
