Lunch at Lutes Casino in Yuma was a must for Cathy and Tom Shumard on a recent drive to California. Add Tastes & Treasures II to the items available in his restaurant. Lutes is featured on pages 82-85.Cathy said, "owner Bob Lutes is as colorful as his place."
