Red White and Blue
Beautiful presentation. Who can guess the ingredients?
Another guess was mini-donuts. It is actually mini cupcakes. Topped off with blue and white icing and strawberries. But macaroons would be good substitute too. Photo from The Paper Place, Scottsdale,AZ.

The picture is tiny, but it definitely has strawberries. My guess for the white is coconut macaroons, and the blue is icing?
