A Storytelling Cookbook of Historic Arizona published by the Historical League, Inc. Volume II 2018
Volume I 2007 Regional winner of the Tabasco Community Cookbook award
Organized in 1979, the Historical League, Inc., a 501(c)(3), is a fundraising arm of the AZ Heritage Center (formerly Arizona Historical Society Museum),
a Smithsonian affiliate, at Papago Park, Tempe, Arizona.
Posey Moore Nash, October speaker, did a marvelous interpretation of an Arizona pioneer woman. She dressed as Pauline Cushman and spoke about Cushman’s eventful life. Her book, The Digger's Daughter tells the story of Pauline Cushman.
Claire Nullmeyer presented her with a copy of Tastes and Treasures II as a thank you gift.
We are grateful to Claire for organizing such wonderful guest speakers for our meetings.
